Hi, I’m Joe.
I spent 25 years as a first responder and after retiring I started to wonder what was next for me. I’ve always been passionate about cars and coffee, so I started to think of a way to combine them. Fast forward a few months and I had a 1956 VW bug, a fluid bed, hot air roaster and Type I, II, and III air-cooled coffee. I sent samples out to friends and family and the response was so positive I decided to officially turn my idea into a roasting business. I take pride in sharing my small batch coffee production with you, delivering fresh, roasted coffee to your door.

Fresh roasted coffee offers a richer, more aromatic, and flavorful experience compared to store-bought options; which can taste stale and lack the depth that fresh beans provide.
